The ICC have announced that the next two editions of the World T20 will be played in Asia in 2012 and 2014. The 2012 version of the tournament will be played in Sri Lanka, while Bangladesh will the 2014 edition. There have been three editions of the World T20 that have already been played including one in South Africa, followed by the England and West Indies.
India has selected Yuvraj Singh in their 16 member squad to tour Sri Lanka for the three Test match series after giving him the axe for the Asia Cup that was played in the same country. What has surprised many of the critics is that without having had any practice during the one month, and without playing any competitive cricket, on what grounds was the dropped player selected in the side.
