Current Australian T20I captain Michael Clarke, has said that he will need to bat like how he used to at the beginning of his international cricket career to be able to get back into his batting form in the T20s. Clarke has also said that he would love to continue as the captain of the Australian side and would not want to give up his place as Australia’s captain in the T20s.

MS Dhoni was the other centurion in the innings, as Indians recovered from their abysmal start of 32/4 and got to the realms of safety.

Sachin Tendulkar smashed a classic 175, but failed to get his team to a win that would created an Indian record for the biggest target chased successfully. In the process, he also completed 17000 runs in ODI cricket, and became the third highest-scorer in an ODI in a loss.

India took full toll of the injuries that the Australian squad seem to be suffering from and thrashed them by 99 runs in the second ODI of the seven match series at Nagpur. With this win, the series is now tied at one game apiece and the action will move to Delhi where the two sides will play their third game.
